| Description: | Place outbound calls and interact with customers in a brokerage environment to provide information about products and services.
This is a part-time position, 29/hours per week 2-8pm Monday-Thursday and Saturday 8am-1pm.
Pay is $10/hour. |
| Duties: | Essential Functions:
-Must be able to speak on the phone in a polite and courtesy manner.
-Must be able and willing to work on a computer and place outbound calls through the automated dialer software.
-Listen to and resolve customer questions regarding services, products, or personnel.
-Must be organized
-Must be able to sit for long periods at a time
Additional Functions:
-Provide feedback from various projects
-Respond to call monitors and Manager feedback
-Can operate email and respond in timely manner
-Using logic and reasoning to identify areas of improvement
-Report any dialer software issues to manager
-Report any dialer agent issues to manager
